The other day, my site started behaving odd display wise, so I did an iisreset to see if that might help, but it made things worse...the main menu for example appeared as a bulleted list on a white background. Every page was affected. I thought, perhaps, I could do a fresh install, but that didn't help.  I've posted a snippet below of how the install wizard appears.  This behavior is in IE and Chrome, viewing from both localhost and remote clients...so I'm wondering if something is wrong with IIS rather than DotNetNuke itself.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get me back on track, I'd appreciate it.

 Thanks!

please check file permission for your site, it Looks like Access to Image, css and js files are blocked, which are downloaded directly without DNN being involved.
