Some of our modules store settings in the Portal Settings table. However, when you export a Portal, these custom settings are not exported. Is there any way to export custom portal settings without implementing my own IPortable interface on each module that uses portal settings? If the module is installed multiple times on a portal, the same portal settings will be exported and imported multiple times, not a big issue but hoping theres another way?

Unfortunately AFAIK, if the Module does not support it the answer is no.
