Hi all,

I ran into a problem when I could not authenticate during upgrade. I did log in as admin (super user) multiple times prior to the upgrade so I know the password. Any ideas what is the issue here?

Try to login on the same machine as DNN installation and look if any error defined.

I had it recently and it was due to the database being full. Error was highlighted and then you can increase size of database and then clear sitelog / eventlog or use TurboDNN script to clear exceptions table.

Quite likely after an upgrade when lots of transactions executed.

Also look at containers which probably fail due to SolPartMenu in the containers / skin causing lots of exceptions.
