is it possible to upgrade dnn community version to Evoq Content.... if yes then after upgrade can i get same administrator view look and feel as Evoq Content ?

yes, you just need to unzip Evoq upgrade package over the existing installation.
You should start with a backup of database and files (as for any DNN upgrades).
For details, I suggest contacting support at DNN Corp.

Downgrade from Evoq to Platform is a bit more tricky though.
