I'm installing version 8.0 and i'm getting the following error when trying to open the installwizard :

Parser Error Message: The file '/dotnetnuke/Install/InstallWizard.aspx.cs' does not exist.

I tried to open the install.aspx but have a DB connection string error :

Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

The local SQLexpress installed by the install package is running and accessible with sa user from sql management tool...

please make sure not to attach the database to SQL Server, if you are going to use user instance mode of SQL Express.
Otherwise you should modify your connection string to use name of the attached database instead of dbf file name).
