Option to accept Terms & Conditions in Register page

Hi,
I need option to allow users to accepts 'Terms & Conditions' and also a link to Terms & Conditions page to read the same.
I am creating a custom registration page using the option provided in Site Settings.
I was able to add a check box. But how to add a 'Terms & Condition' link next to it, so that onclick it will open the 'Terms & Condition' page
