I currently have a DNN install that is running multiple sites.   All of the sites need to have a single page/menu structure and module setup for each of the pages.   Does anyone know of any tools that can be put onto the install that can allow me to manage a site layout on one site and propagate that layout to all the other sites in the install.  Right now I have to go to each of the sites and do the same changes manually.  It's a little time consuming, but it's doable.  With the rate of growth that we are dealing with that will not be the case for much longer.
