Hello,

Is there a method to send one common message to all members with the default DNN messaging center without typing all usernames one by one in the To field in a new message?

Please can you advise?

Thank you!

Go to ADMIN > newsletter
There you can send an email to the roles which are in youre site. Select Registered User as role and everyone gets this email

Thank you very very much for the guidance.

Can we use DNN tokens for this? like [USERNAME] or what is the format for the DNN tokens.

Thanks!

Y Ma, you are lucky: I added token support to DNN Newsletter module a few years ago. You may use [User:DisplayName], [User:FirstName], [User:LastName] and [User:Email] as well as [Profile:City] etc. There are other tokens for Site, Host, page and Module, but they are less relevant for the newsletter. Check out the Wiki for all tokens and formatting options.
You need to make sure, advanced option "replace tokens" is enabled in the module.
