I'm having some issues with the timezone settings on my DNN portal site. 

I have gone through every portal for the website to ensure that each timezone setting is correctly set to mountain time (admin > site settings > Advanced settings) however my "version history" in the content editor is still 1 hour behind which confuses my customer when she is trying to roll back changes and appropriately gauge how far to roll back.  It's easy to deal with as a frequent user as you simply can account for the 1 hour difference,  but in-frequent users unaware of the issue are often confused.

 I have confirmed that daylight savings time does not correct the issue, it will still be 1 hour off. 

 Aside from the site settings are there any other known areas where a timezone could be set that i do not know about?

I just had a look at the source code, obviously at least this area is missing timezone conversion, i.e. it always displays stored date from SQL Server local time zone. You may log it as a but in the public issue tracker at
