Alright, here's the problem I am running into.  I have created some pages on my site for display in my menu which actually point to other sites in my organization.  When users click those menu items, I want to open a new browser tab and take them to the site.

So, I have edited the settings of those pages and set them as LINK pages to external URLs and clicked the Checkbox for "Open Link in a new browser window".  I am using the DNNMega menu, and a modified version of the XSLT that came with the Dark Knight skin.  How can I access the value of the pages "open link in a new browser window" from within the XSLT so that I can add a target="_blank" on those items?

That's a bug in DDR menu.

It's fixed in the latest DDR menu version (only for DNN7 unfortunately)

I'm using DNN 07.00.05 and it's not working.  Could be that the Dark Knight XSLT didn't implement it?

I didn't test it yet, but probably yes.

Could you point me to an example of how to accomplish it then?  According to the documentation, I don't see that there is even an @ attribute (@first, @last, @selected, etc) that denotes the items target.

Is this supposed to be handled in the XSLT or somewhere else?  Any examples of it's implementation you could point me to would be greatly appreciated.
