I need to export a site from DNN 7.0.4, and then import the template to a clean installation of DNN 9.2.2.

This actually works, but it also imports old Admin (and presumably custom Host) pages to the 9.2.2 site.

What's the best way to do this without ending up with the old Admin and Host tabe?

My understanding.... make a copy of your site on a temporary host.  Upgrade it to 7.4.2 or higher v7, then upgrade to v8, then upgrade to v9, lastly update to v9.2.2.  Export from this instance; and import it to your new 9.2.2 host.

I have recently done this, and it worked mostly well.  Not perfect, but my site is 2.2GB.
