I would like to be able to edit the "/App_GlobalResources/GlobalResources.resx" file from within DNN instead of directly from Visual Studio; it's possible?

I use DNN community 9.1.1.

IN DNN 9 Persona bar, go to settings > Site Settings > languages and use the gear icon behind th language name in the list at the top of the persona bar content
