Hi,

I've noticed several logs in my live DNN site (9.1.1), each time a 'Web Server Updated' log, followed by an 'Application Started' log. This happened several times in a row on a couple of occasions yesterday, and then one time late last night. Our server team had noticed many DNN cache files that were deleted, at the time of the first instance of these logs.

Anyone know what might be going on? Thanks for any insight!

Tom

The Web Server Updated log has very little info (copied below):

I'm seeing this on two of the websites I manage, but they're on a very specific shared hosting environment that I'm unable to troubleshoot completely since there isn't RDP access. So far, the host and I haven't determined the reason for this. :(

I have other websites that are nearly identical in configuration (including the version of DNN), but in different environments (even at the same host), and they are not having this behavior.

Hi,

could be something in the Application Pool settings, e.g. Idle Time-out (and Idle Time-out Action) in the Process Model, or Regular Time Interval, Request Limit or Specific Times in Recycling.

Happy DNNing!
Michael
