Hello Support,

We are using DNN website. It is in version 9.1.1.  When we click on the upload button under site assets/global assets then it is not showing upload file section. It shows loading image continously.

 

We checked the admin log for this and found the below error message.

Sourabh,

did you check the permissions on the file system (in Windows, not in DNN)? The AppPool Identity needs Modify permissions all over the installation.

Otherwise, use your browser's development toolbar to check if all JavaScript etc. files are loaded correctly.
