Hi,

I'm runing DNN  7.04.01 (280), in page settings I could set the friendly costume URL for each page, then I request my hosting service (3essentials) to install SSL, everything was ok.

Then after some time the SSL certicate didn't renew automatically, then site show 404 errors, I requested support from my hosting service, then they fix that issue and now it seems DNN downgrade some versions. Because I no longer have the friendly URL setting in the page settings and the URLs now have at the end: .aspx

Can you help? Did my hosting support made some changes that they shouldnt? They recomned a DNN developer but I had an option in page settings that now I don't.

Nobody had a similar issue?

My visitors can open the site when they find it on Google because now all page URL are different.

That seems odd.

Which version of DNN did you have when things were working?

What did your hosting company do? Is the DNN version really changed?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I only remember that the previous version was one of the first DNN 7.*

What know for sure Is that before I could choose the URL in the page settings and now I can't.

The hosting service says they didn't change the DNN or DB.

Regards

unless the hosting provider restored an older backup of the files, they might have changed web.config. Please check value for "urlFormat" inside the file
