Hello Support,

We have setup office365.com smtp details in SMTP settings section under Server tab.

We have specified SMTP server and port as smtp.office365.com and 587 respectively. We have enabled SSL and specified the username and password for this. We have specified same host email like username.

When we run Test SMTP settings button then it shows email send successfully message.

When do this by other functionality like reset passwod then it shows below message.

"Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender [CY4PR13MB1655.namprd13.prod.outlook.com]"

Please help us to fix this issue.

I'm not sure that Office365 supports this. I'd instead suggest using a third-party service like SendGrid (https://sendgrid.com/) as your SMTP provider.

you would need permission to send as a different user (relaying). I am not sure, whether Office 365 does support this, you might need to dig deep into Exchange administration.
