DNN version - 9.1.1.129
I developed my DNN site on my local server. It is working well.

Then I uploaded the site and restored on the new VPS server. The site loaded well. But Persona Bar and edit mode is not loading after login as the superuser. I can see only white bar only and nothing loading beyond that. What is the issue? How can I fix this?

Please, advise.

Thank you!

It was file permission issue and I asked hosting provider to allow full permission access and fixed it. Thank you!

you don't need full permission, but permission to edit files!
