Error

Hello,

I've upgraded to dnn version 9.01.01 now everything works fine for a couple of days.

Now i try to create a new user role. i get te following error:  'Parameter count does not match Paramter Value Count.
i can't find anything about this in the eventlog table.

Anyone idea? or where i should look for the problem?

Thanks for any responce

I've had similar issues in the past.  The error is that DNN is calling to a stored procedure and the SP is expecting more (or less) parameters than what DNN is passing.  I'd suggest installing a clean version of 9.1.1 locally and then compare each site's SP for creating a user.

This is where downloading the source and following the process helps understand what is going on.

**NOTE:** This doesn't change the fact that it seems you have an SP (and likely more) that didn't update properly.  I'd also suggest reviewing the sql upgrade scripts in /Providers/DataProviders/SqlDataProviders/{xxx}.SqlDataProvider - and review all the versions you upgraded through to verify they have been created.  You could run them manually I believe.

As Andrew stated before, the error indicates, that the calls in the DNN code are not matching the stored procedure in the database.
most likely, you are still using old code, please make sure you unblocked the downloaded upgrade zip file (in file properties) prior to unzipping the files contained.
