Dear DotNetNuke 8.0.3 Pros,

Please help with this log message.

In this location...

> Host, > Host Settings, > Log, > Log Locations, > Log Files,

...I select this...

2018.03.26.log.resources

...and it contains the following...

2018-03-26 06:03:38,610 [MyServerV22][Thread:98][ERROR] DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.CaptchaControl - System.ArgumentException: Font 'MS Sans Serif' cannot be found.
at System.Drawing.FontFamily.CreateFontFamily(String name, FontCollection fontCollection)
at System.Drawing.FontFamily..ctor(String name)
at DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.CaptchaControl.GetFont()

...and so how can I fix things so this does NOT show up in the log?

Please advise.

Strange, MS SansSerif should be installed on any Windows machine - or are you a nano server without UI?

Dear DotNetNuke 8 Pros,

FYI, this missing font issue is still showing up in my logs....

2018-08-28 11:29:31,358 [VWSCIIS01][Thread:38][ERROR] DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.CaptchaControl - System.ArgumentException: Font 'MS Sans Serif' cannot be found.
at System.Drawing.FontFamily.CreateFontFamily(String name, FontCollection fontCollection)
at System.Drawing.FontFamily..ctor(String name)
at DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.CaptchaControl.GetFont()

...so this is still unresolved.

To add some new information to this thread...

...note that the system is Windows Server 2012 r2 Standard...

...note that if one opens Notepad and tries to set the font then one can choose "MS Sans Serif" there so that font appears to be installed and available at the OS-level...

...so if you have any insight then please LMK ASAP.

this is very strange, especially as the methods looking for it are from .Net Framework.

Windows Version is supported, I have no idea atm.
