I feel like I've lead you astray but only because I had no idea this documentation existed: http://www.dnnsoftware.com/docs/devel...

There's a 'AntiForgeryToken' that you can use in SPA modules to request this token. Hope this helps you. I'm in the process of playing with the new module context tokens.

Confirmed in DNN 8.4+ while logged out that this will provide a value if this token is present.

data-module-id="[ModuleContext:ModuleId]"
data-is-superuser="[ModuleContext:IsSuperUser]"
data-anti-forgery-token="[AntiForgeryToken:true]">

Note: you must use a colon ":" with a value for this to work. The value doesn't matter. However, I chose to use "true" as that makes sense. Check out this article: https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/brow...
