Hi, I'm having a DNN 9.1.1 site which worked just fine for over 6 months. Suddenly the Persona bar is NOT available to admin/host at all. It did, however appear once on the main page and I quickly  changed the default skin to whole site just to be sure. And after that, no editing possibility anymore.
I have tried with Edge, Chrome. Tried different machines and mobile. Same result - No Personabar appearing.
I'm ready to downgrade now....

What is peculiar, I can see that system reserves the space from the left for the bar, but the bar itself is not available....

I have had this happen recently. I think you'll find it will be a module or a container, or a slideshow that could be causing grief. Does it help if you go to host settings and uncheck the remote libraries. I can't remember exactly but I think that solved my problem - it was a conflict with the slideshow and jquery so using the local one stopped the problem.

It might not be your problem but it's somewhere to look.
