I would think that after I add a new role, that information should automatically be included on all previously created pages and on new pages. It doesn't make sense that I would have to manually add this role to a lot of pages to simply "check it off". There could be a lot of pages to go through...so much for DNN's claim of scale-able architecture!

So, am I missing something or is this a bug in 9.1.1?

Thomas,
I don't understand why you need to "check off" any roles - usually you do not need to check "deny" permission, just grant when needed.
Child pages will inherit permission from the parent page upon creation.
