After upgrading to 9.1 (DNN Platform) I can not update User Settings,  and if a new user registers (verified account mode), one will receive an error as below. The point if I attempt to use an identical username from a different parent portal on the same DNN installation it gives the usual error (meaning there is username lookup in the database).

The point if I go to the unauthorized user list, I will find the attempted registered username present, with the notification to the admin email of a New User Registration but not an email  to the attempted registered email account for the verification purposes.

Also one can see from the 3rd screenshot, the User details are NOT being retrieved and throws an error.

I have included the Admin Log for the error.
