Not quite, but you can achieve the desired result with a little bit of a change.

The problem is that DNN's pages are forms, and you can't put a form inside of a form. You have to remove the form tags, and restructure things so that the "submit" has an onclick event that does the same thing. It's actually quite easy to do: https://mitchelsellers.com/blogs/2007...
