Hi to all of you.

One of my client (Client #1) has a problem with his notifications box.

It gets stuck with Loading content and # of notifications never show up.

I checked the database and he sent 2 notifications to another of my clients (Client #2), I logged into his account - works fine.

Client #2 didn't replay to Client #1 yet. No attachments were sent.

I'm using native Notifications module. What it could be?

Which DNN version are you using?
did you try applying DNN default skin to the messaging page?

Thanks for your quick replay.

My DNN version is 08.00.03 (5). Beside this client I have other clients that are using the same web site and only this one has a problem. This client just sent 2 notifications, didn't received any.

I just tried to apply default skin Xcillion-Home. No difference, still not working.

Even if I open a page Activity-Feed/Messages/UserId/168 which is under the default skin it still not working.

it is hard to provide advice without access to the site. you may try tracing database calls and should have a look at the DNN event log, of course.

I checked log - no errors. How to trace database calls?
