Hello,

I am creating a "New hire" page on our company's website that will not be public facing (and not on the menu) but direct link only. It's more of a list of new hire documents, who the department heads and managers are, and their email address. We have a search function at the top of our website, but there will be some delicate information on this page, and I do not want this information searchable. I have looked through a few threads that asked this question, but many of them were pre-2010 and did not have an answer.

In the page settings I have unclicked "Include in menu" and "Allow Indexing" and turned them off, however, you can still search for a person's name - for instance - and it still comes up in the search with a link for the page I am trying to hide.  Is there a way to have only this specific module/page unsearchable?

Thanks!

We are using version 7.04.02

In later versions of DNN you can also make it so that the Modules aren't searchable/indexable, I don't recall if 7.4.2 supported that functionality or not as well though.

Do you know how I can search for this (or point me in the right direction) on the version we are using? I've spent a few hours on the DNN forum and couldn't find anything.
