Hi, just launched a new site which is a replacement for a site that was until last week externally developed and hosted. I have added the new site to google index and search results are starting to filter through.

I built a smart 404 module which will do its best to try and find a suitable match and give the user a link else a nice message and home page button..

I am able to catch most of the google searches with the module or if not with some conditional statements   but we are receiving some old google search links that jump straight to a critical error with Default.aspx?tabid=1925&error=An%... tabid 1925 is of course the 404 page but up to now failed to catch this.

Does anyone have any ideas

Stuart,
You'll need to look in the Event Log table and the Exceptions table to dig into the details as to what is actually throwing an error to try to catch that error and handle it properly.
