Our security office would like us to use a newer version of jquery.  When we update the jquery.js file in the Resources\Libraries\jQuery\01_09_01 folder to anything higher then 2.24, we cannot update any modules as we don't see the three icons (edit, settings, and move).  Is there any way we can use the newest version of jquery?

IMO it is not a good idea to update a JS library, unless you are certain, it is fully backwards compatible and there is a real need for it.
