I am using DNN v 07.03.04 and I'm trying to add a new user profile property. I have unchecked the boxes next to "required" and "read only" however, when I update the property it reverts right back to required and read only. So I go back in to edit and uncheck those boxes again, click update and then they are still checked. I need this new profile property to be NOT required and editable by the user. Please help!

I am also having this issue one other place when I try to disable captcha for login ... I have uncheck a box and when I save, it goes right back to being checked. My changes are not sticking and I have no idea why. Can somebody please shed some light on this? I have contacted DNN support but I am getting to response. It seems like it should be a simple edit but it's just not working. :-/

Please note I have other working DNN sites on this server, so I really don't know what has happened to this install
