Is there an easy way to have the Persona Bar display for members of the Content Editors role? These users have edit rights to HTML modules on my site, but not necessarily edit rights to the page (i.e.: they cannot add new modules on a page). In version 8.x, they still had the ability to edit HTML module content, but in v9.1.1, there appears to be no way for them to edit the HTML module content. The only way I can get the Persona Bar and editing "pencils" to appear is to make them Administrators (which I definitely want to avoid). Is there a way to make the Persona Bar appear for them?
