I am trying to import some contents into a module. The files are uploaded to the location Portals/0/templates. However, these files are not being listed in the File drop-down in the Import Content Option

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Go to Pages >> Select the edit icon for a page.
On the page to edit, select the settings icon seen to the left >> Select Import Content.
Here No contents will be displayed in the File dropdown ( - this is what will be seen here) no matter which folder you choose from the Folder dropdown.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have tried the following.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-Synchronised the folders and sub-folders
-Confirmed that the file extensions are listed under allowable file extension ("templates and xml" which required here)
-Checked and confirmed "Portals/0/templates" have the required permissions.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.
