Is there a place where I can see what was removed and what remains in DNN 9.1.1.  There seems to be no SMTP settings as there used to be. I heard the newsletter feature was removed, and now I would like to know how to leverage my signed up users for newsletters.   The menu is pretty bare bones, a lot of stuff is gone. I can live with that if, I was sure that is was just gone rather than broken.  I have very few menu options.  Where can I find out what the new DNN is supposed to look like?  It seems there is supposed to be some drop down  menus in the persona bar when choosing sections, but I do not see that option.

Newsletter module has been excluded from DNN Platform, but is available for separate download. Besides, there are 3rd party newsletter and MailChimp modules available in the store.
Persona Bar has been redesigned, which makes it hard at the first time to locate all the settings (e.g. SMTP settings are in Settings > Server > SMTP)
