My website using the DNN version 7.4.2. The site is showing the following error message once I select the option host >> Extenstion.

A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details.

I could find the following error message from event viewer.

Duplicate Page Details:Page naming conflict. Url of (domain.com/enter-your-film/) resolves to two separate pages (Enter Your Film [//EnterYourFilm] [tabid = 428], Entry Form [//EnterYourFilm//EntryForm] [tabid = 427]). Only the second page will be shown for the url.

Warning Information:PLEASE NOTE : this is an information message only, this message does not affect site operations in any way.

Suggested Action:Rename one or both of the pages to ensure a unique URL

There's a table that contains URL references, but this page shouldn't necessarily be having this specific error. Check the TabUrls table to find the duplicate mentioned in this error message.

You'll always want to check the Log4Net log file, because I'm not sure that this error message is related to the same thing. The log files I'm mentioning are in the following directory.

~/Portals/_default/Logs/
