I have upgraded the platform from version 7 to the latest version 9.1.1. The upgrade was success but when I'm trying to edit the pages, the "Add Module" and "Add Existing Module" buttons are not working. The "Page Settings" and "Close" buttons are working without issues. Tracing errors under Portal\Logs, I found the following.
