I have developed a custom login module and would like to use it on my dnn site upgraded to version 09.00.02.

What I have done so far:

1. Installed my custom Login module

2. Added the default DNN Login.ascx control to my custom module under Host/Extensions.

3. Created a Login page and added the custom module (but the default DNN Login does not show on the page as expected -  I intended to hide it deliberately)

4. Went to Site Settings but my Login page is not available for selection .

Please can somebody help me. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Ebirien,

I'm not sure about step #3. I recommend:
- add new page (login page),
- add to this page standard DNN login module 'Account Login',
- set permission for that module: 'View' for 'Administrators', this will 'hide' that module,
- add your custom login module to the page,
Now your custom login module should be accessible from the 'Site Settings'

Many thanks Barry.

I figured it out before your response came in. However, I have also deleted the DNN Account Login module from the page after Site Settings update.

Everything is working fine.
