Hi all,

I hope I'm in the right place for this.

So I've got a intranet site that utilizes DNN for CMS. There is a title banner that uses a .jpg image.

I upload a file to the relevant image location. The banner is updated. The image appears in the list of files for the banner.

Problem: A couple of hours later, anywhere between 4-6 hours later, the image disappears from the list and sometime during the evening the banner image is removed entirely.

Once I go to the file manager and select the 'Synchronize Files' option, the file reappears on the list and I can set the title banner as the image again.

In the Hosting options, I've ticked the Auto-Sync File Systems option but this has not helped.

So question: What am I missing that is preventing the auto-sync from picking up these files while manually syncing picks them up?
