I am trying to set up Facebook authentication on a DNN 9.02 installation, and is getting the following error. Anybody with an idea what could be wrong ?

2017-04-12 22:53:48,222 [DNN][Thread:15][ERROR] DotNetNuke.Services.Authentication.OAuth.OAuthClientBase - WebResponse exception: {"error":{"message":"This authorization code has been used.","type":"OAuthException","code":100,"fbtrace_id":"EArl0UZu3Hs"}}

I am getting the same error randomly at least 6 times per day since implementing Facebook Authentication in June 2019. Not all Facebook login get this error.

"This authorization code has been used.","type":"OAuthException","code":100,...

The user's login fails under this condition and I don't see any subsequent login success for this user.

I read something about Facebook using short lived tokens and requiring exchanging them for long-lived tokens. Not sure if this has anything to do with the issue.
