The built in Sitemap provider in DNN 7.4.2 doesn't honour robots.txt. Google warning "Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt".
Sitemap doesn't update? Updating text in HTML module, adding or deleting modules on a page, does not change the last modified date. Been testing this for 30 days.
Where do we check how often this runs and set it to daily? It is not in scheduler.
If you have more than 1 sitemap provider listed on Search Engine Sitemap, why are the pages from the second provider not listed in sitemap?
Considering all the problems, can I turn of the 'indexing' and manually upload sitemap XML file but still have domainname.com/SiteMap.aspx as a sitemap?
Before I used the Ifinity Google sitemap provider, indexed site myself and all pages showed up. (it hounoured robots.txt)
