I have DNN 9.0.2 site, HTTPS, Windows Server 2016, IIS 10 and I would like to make the site HTTP/2.

I was under the belief that simply upgrading to Windows Server 2016 would turn on this feature. From what I read, that should be true, but something is holding it back on this DNN site.

Any insights or guidance from anyone?

HTTP/2 is only available over HTTPS for most browsers. My site https://www.server-essentials.com runs HTTP/2 just fine. Test here https://tools.keycdn.com/http2-test

I am using HTTPS. After doing a great many tweaks, I finally got it 90% http/2. YEAH!
Now, I have a series of jpg files that are still HTTP/1.
Any ideas why?

Possibly those are not served over HTTPs. Make sure you force all content to be served over HTTPs and configure HSTS: STRICT TRANSPORT SECURITY

If you also set a Content Security Policy at your server and configure like Content-Security-Policy: upgrade-insecure-requests you will force all non-secure content to be served as secure content even if the link to a picture for example does not have https. BTW, IMHO you should always link relative to pictures as such and then you never have this issue to begin with.

Thanks for the ideas of things to look at.
All items are https, and there is no mixed content.
I really do not see a difference from these images than anything else on the page.
