DNN 9.0.2 but also didn't work in DNN 9.0.1
Add new page with Page Type URL and open in new window selected...er...doesn't open in new window.

AFAIK this bug exists as long as someone added the "open in new URL" checkbox without appropriate code.
I remember seeing it in the public issue tracker already, but not yet being fixed. instead of the url, you may use JavaScript.Window('http://youraddress.com')
