Unless I'm missing something, page management in DNN9 with the awkwardly named "PersonaBar" is awkward.

1. Ability to move a page is no longer part of the page settings. You have to navigate to the page management section, traverse the tree to find the page, then drag 'n drop it somewhere else. Can the drop-down box for moving a page be restored to the page settings? There is a label on the page settings saying "Parent Page". Replace this with a drop-down box would be my suggestion.

2. Ability to delete a page. Same deal - can't do this from "Page settings" anymore. Now takes a lot longer, despite related functionality such as "Duplicate Page" being on the settings page, as it should.

Does anyone else find this, or have I missed something?

The team tried to remove duplicate function, but IMO got a bit too far at some places.

Rod,

Not sure if this is an option for you but I use the older ribbon bar control panel for my DNN 9 install.

This gives me the ability to pull the old page settings screen from the Edit page dropdown, It also gives me the delete function.

I think you have to have upgraded from a previous version to have the old admin tools and control bar.

DNN really should offer a "Classic Admin" package that you can install in DNN 9 until Persona Bar has the kinks worked out.
