Been away from DNN for a while and am jumping back into DNN 9 and finding that the login control isn't responsive on the DNNSoftware site nor is it responsive in OOTB DNN 9 install.  I thought maybe it was due to the fact that the login shows in a popup dialog, but I can't find a way to disable that feature in DNN 9.  I've tried a couple of responsive themes with no luck as well.  This seems like a basic thing, so I feel like I'm overlooking something here--maybe a config option that's moved somewhere new in DNN 9.
