which analytics module did you use. Have a look at the module from https://weweave.net
it supports the missing functionality, even in unlicensed mode

This has not been ripped out of DNN 9, it just isn't in the new admin menu. If you go to yourdomain.com/admin, you will see all of the old admin pages that you can still use and you will see that Google Analytics is one of those pages.

Open Google Analytics and enter your tracking code. It still works.

Just add it like a script in
Site Options > Site Behavior > PAGE OUTPUT SETTINGS > HTML Page Header Tags

Why couldn't you put the GA code in an HTML Module's footer (Settings>Advanced Settings) and have DNN replicate this module on all pages?
