So in DNN9 the edit page controls are hidden way down at bottom left of the control bar. No matter how tall I make my browser (and I've tried in all the major browsers, Firefox (in Firefox I can only see about 1cm of the top of the edit button), Chrome (in Chrome I can never see the edit button no matter how tall I make the browser). IE, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.) I can only see the top of the "Edit Button."

Please see a screenshot at http://www.onewavefiles.com/edit-butt...

To make it even more frustrating, once I'm able to get into edit mode, and I mouse over the barely visible "Edit" button on left control bar, the horizontal control bar appears, but as soon as I try to mouse over these controls, the whole bar disappears. I even try only moving my mouse down the left vertical control bar, and making sure I my mouse doesn't leave the grey control bar area and not move onto the site, the horizontal edit control bar still disappears when I try to use it, so it's completely useless. Here is a screen shot of what I am referring to and disappears whenever I try to use it. You will also see that I can only barely see the top of the horizontal edit bar in all browsers.

Please tell me how to fix this and/or why this is happening? Why release something that has so many bugs and problems in it. I like DNN9 because of all the DNN versions (and I've been building in DNN since DNN4).

Please help and thank you!!
