Have site created with Default template

In Content>Pages I want to limit this ability to only allow Add Multiple Pages & Add page ONLY to Super User.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The TAB Sites>Pages does not have any module under Add Pages so that is not an option.

I tried changing in template to   <rolename>Administrators</rolename> with new install without success/

I found where user role can be assigned but one can not turn of Administrator.
In Setting>Extensions> select Pages Extension> Tab Site Setting

I added Super User so it is still accessible.

Can this be changed & were do I request it?
