Very sadly noticed how the translating is handled now in DNN 9. Large text blocks ie. email messages etc. are really hard to edit  when you have only a small box where you type your text. Only 50 chars are visible at anytime. Very poor achievement.

Jarmo,
unfortunately, the Internationalization Team has been suspended more than a year ago and I haven't met anyone in DNN Corp. with a deep inside into localization and translation.
It would be nice to start a new initiative at DNN-Connect conference in May to find at least a proper workaround for handling DNN in non-English and multilingual scenarios.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Agree, was also trying to translate some sites to Finnish but really soon gave up on that. Would be nice to see better way to handle these.

With the ver. 8 it wasn't so hard to do the translating. In fact I have made it already what it comes the user part. I have had DNN Finnish translations from ver. 3 to here.  Admin modules I want to keep in original language for many obvious reasons ;)
The wink I got from a use here, http://site.com/admin ,  lets me use the admin features just like they were in the previous version, so all is fine at the moment.
The biggest problem are the 3rd part modules, which often are so badly designed what it comes the other languages than English.

Unfortunately /ADMIN will really only work for upgraded sites. People that start fresh with DNN9 will miss out on all of the "old" features.
