A few questions:  i have upgraded one site from DNN 7.4 to VER 9.x and am having similar issues on both.

1.) How do i switch between edit and view mode - those choices seem to have disappeared.

2.) Where are the icons/links for the  modules on the page (the ones that give the admin and move menus) Also seem to have disappeared.

3. ) Is hitting the escape key the only way to close the admin/host pages? i don't see a cancel button on any of them.

Perhaps one of the developers should produce a short 10 min video doing basic procedures, like adding pages, editing module settings, etc. in DNN9 - I don know hat the reasons were for making the changes, but the left side PersonnaBar is a radical change from the previous method and from my experience so far, a long way from an improvement.

The video wa s useful. It is, unfortunately, not in the DNN Video Library.. Also saw where I was having issues: Modal windows (At least some of them), obscure the panal at the bottom where the "add module" and "page settings" icons should be. The personna Bar also overlays the left side of some modal windows (if the the modal window if big enough)

On further testing, I see that there actually ARE problems with the way the personnaBar works.  The "edit" link seems to be missing by default.  In fact, the whole bottom panel is missing.

I have posted some screen shots below.  Two different sites, one is a new DNN 9 install, the other is an upgrade from DNN 7.4.  Same issues with both, no edit links in the left.  I can get to edit mode through "content/pages" then clicking on the pencil icon for a particular page.  Also on one screenshot, (Testing-DNN9-02.png) the Modal window generated by 2SIC is overlaid by the personna bar on the left and obscures the panel at the bottom. Not sure if that is a DNN9 problem or a 2SIC problem.
