I upgrade my DNN8 to DNN9 and I have several website in my portal but only one website's administrator user can't create & edit page, create & edit option isn't visible. I deleted user and create again then add admin role but nothing change, superusers can create & edit page on this website. how can I solve this problem?

please check roles table and make sure, Administrators and RegisteredUsers have "isSystemRole" set to true.

I don't know where is this role setting, how can I make role is true, I try to edit role setting but it don't allow me to edit.

I take screenshot for role setting page, can you check it, please...
