Hello Dnn community,

can you please help me on this, 
how to Set up Static Html file as a homepage on Dnn application, is it possible ?

you may place a single HTML module on the home page, but you cannot use a static html file - it would miss all the menu anyways.

If you want a splash page, you could add a page with a skin that only contains a ContentPane and nothing else. Then place an HTML module on that page that displays the desired content, and set this page as Splash page in Admin :: Site Settings :: Advanced settings. Don't forget a link to your Home page there... :-)
