I would like to access this tab using a url like but when I enter that URL I get a 404 error.

Is there any way I can use the shorter url for the page?

You can simply edit in config file to desired mode you want. 

Basically there are three modes

please make sure, in your web.config file you specified correct url format.
Edit it using a text editor, search for "urlformat", which should have a value of "humanfriendly", you need to replace by "advanced" and save the file.
